Positive words create positive emotions. The words you use influence the way you think, feel and behave. Use positive words to keep you optimistic and upbeat.
Customer was supposed to receive a call back and didn’t.
“I’m sorry we didn’t call you back. What I will do is pull up your account and find out what I can do to resolve this for you.
YOU’RE WELCOME!!
You guys are absolutely the best group of people I’ve ever had the privelege to work with. I’m so grateful every day I get to come in to work here with you.
Let’s repay Ed and Kevin by making over the top customer service the order of the day every day. Let’s continue to look for small ways to impress the people we talk to. All we have to do to be the absolute leaders at what we do is to impress enough people so that it gets back to the 1000 people who are happy to call us a partner in their business.
Since we talk to 6000 people a day, I like those odds!
Merry Christmas, everybody! Let’s work our butts off and then go play hard! =)
Hi everyone,
I just wanted to say hello, hope you’re all doing great, and I really miss you guys! As most of you know, I’ve moved my desk to the other side of the office, and am now working as the Internal Projects Designer full-time. I absolutely love my new job, and I have my time at the call center to thank for it.
On March 29th, 2007, I started working as an agent on the 13th floor of the Michigan Ave. office. In less than two years, I feel like I’m on track with my career, doing exactly what I want to be doing. I would have never believed it possible even a year ago, and I am so grateful to be given the chance.
I guess the moral of the story is that Infra really offers some great opportunities, and it’s possible your dream job doesn’t exist now, but it will down the road. Keep at it, stay interested, and check the website for new job openings, if you are thinking of moving to a different department. It works.
Come visit me sometime! I’m all the way at the back, by the glass offices (mine is the one with the white lights!).
♥ Betsy
p.s. Sorry to get all sappy- I blame Christmas
