DEEP FREEZE
Man, it’s cold! Wind chill is 3 below; winter has arrived.
So, I have a few things to get the blood pumping:
First, post in the comments where you’d like us to order lunch from. We not some hot food to keep us thawed out and churning away.
Second, the person with the greatest number of calls today is going to get a $100 gift card to Macy’s to help out with their Christmas shopping. There will actually be two gift cards: one for the outbound agent with the most activities logged, and one for the inbound agent with the most combined inbound and outbound activities logged.
January’s going to have a huge spike in volume and we need to be ahead of our game before it comes. Let’s get all of these follow ups cleared out and head into the weekend on top of our shit!
